Checking the status of your gift card is easy. You can check the status of your gift card by simply clicking on Track Reward and completing the requested information. If you prefer to call to get the status of your gift card, you may utilize our automated voice response service to quickly get the status of your claim. To utilize this service, simply dial 1-866-451-1357.
Gift cards amounts are calculated based on your contract amount. First, your contract amount is rounded down to the nearest $1,000. Gift card amount is $25/$1000 spent for contracts $2,000-$3,999, $50/$1000 spent for contracts $4,000-$6,999, $75/$1000 spent for contracts $7,000-$9,999 and $100/$1000 for contracts $10,000 or higher with a maximum gift card amount of $2,000. If you still believe your amount to be incorrect, please contact your Home Depot Service Provider.
Please allow up to 8 weeks to receive your gift card by mail from the date of successfully submitting your claim. If it has been more than eight weeks since your submission and you have still not received your card, please contact 1-866-451-1357.
Promotions such as gift cards are carefully planned for specific dates. If you are claiming outside of the claiming deadline, unfortunately you will not be eligible for the Gift Card promotion.
